Wine Region: Bordeaux - France
Grape: 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot
Tasting notes: Dense and expressive nose with aromas of black fruit (burlat cherry, blackcurrant) and a pleasant freshness. Frank acidity in the mouth, followed by a structured and elegant mid-palate, fleshy tannins.
Expert Rating: Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 91/100
"Blackberry, raspberry coulis and cedar notes develop in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, supple tannin. There is good weight on the mid-palate, a conspicuous layer of creamy oak but it is nicely integrated into the carapace of ripe red fruit that is Margaux-like in style." Neal Martin
